产品类型：水性皮革边油，适用于pu、pvc、真皮、皮带、手袋、等皮革制品外表边缘修饰。

二、规格说明：

 1.分类：亮光、中光、哑光，颜色按客户要求调配

 2.组成：（耐黄变）水性丙烯酸树脂、哑光粉、环保色浆、消泡剂、增稠剂等。

 3.离子性：阴离子性

 4.固成份：48%

 5.粘度：150-7000cps下（25℃）

 6.安定性：（60℃*30天）

三、物理性能：

1.涂膜平整饱满，且手感爽滑，回弹有硬度，无针孔；

2.涂膜接着性，耐磨性，抗刮性，耐屈曲性及耐水解性佳；

3.涂膜在低温（-25℃）下360℃折叠不爆裂，涂膜在高温（80℃）上360℃对叠在一起，无粘连感；

4.涂膜呈现优良之封闭性，干、湿打磨性好。

四、化学性能：本产品已通过sgs、环保检测。

五、储存：

　在35℃的条件下，放置阴凉干燥处，若将产品妥善储存于原装容器内，可至少保存10个月无变化，使用前请摇匀。

六、包装：塑料桶(5kg/10kg/25kg/60kg/125kg)等，可按客户需求定制。

七、其产品本身不具有腐蚀性与危险性，如皮肤不慎接触，用水清洗即可

  2) anti-friction, anti-scratch, bending resistance and anti-hydrolysis.
  3) coating at low temperature (-25℃) will not burst at 360℃bending, no adhesive during
      360℃bending at high temperature (80℃).
  4) good encapsulation and dry or wet rubbing ability.

5.storage: it has a shelf life at least 10 months if stored in a cool and dry place below 35oc. shake   before use.
